Below you will find a list of our support options. Please allow an eBASE representative to direct you to the appropriate selection. All our support options provide “One-Time” access for clients to view our screens or for our representatives to view yours. After the session has been closed, it is not possible for our staff to gain access to your system.
Conference calls and Webinars: Please note that we have multiple audio conferencing lines. If you are joining one of these lines for audio, please refer to email instructions sent to you by your eBASE representative.
This tool offers a web-enabled option to join a meeting as well as an executable version which can be installed.
This tool runs primarily through a website and requires no installation if you are viewing our representative’s screen. If eBASE staff require access to your system, you will be prompted to install the Join.Me program.
